At the Baltic Artists' Association Vernissage held in St. Casimir's Church hall, artist David Shimansky donated to St. Casimir's Parish his work, a portrait of St. Casimir which he sketched in 1971 while living in Vilnius. The inspiration came from the sculpture of the saint in the Cathedral of Vilnius.
